Ventilatore pale avanti con motore elettrico antideflagrante (ADPE)
Sezione ventilante con motore elettrico antideflagrante (ADPE), costituita da ventilatore centrifugo a doppia aspirazione, pale avanti con coclea e girante in lamiera zincata a caldo Sendzimir alberi in acciaio rettificato al carbonio C40, cuscinetti a sfera ermetici precaricati ed autoallineati, montati su boccole in gomma. Il motore è del tipo asincrono trifase costruito in lega leggera o in ghisa Ex-d o Ex-de, categoria ATEX 1M2,2G,2GD, gruppo I,IIB o IIC. È chiuso, tropicalizzato,autoventilato tipo IEC e UNEL/MEC classe di temperatura T3,T4,T5, T6 con grado di protezione IP55 o IP65. Norme di riferimento IEC, conformi alle norme CE. La trasmissione del moto può essere fissa su puleggie e bussole coniche e cinghie trapezioidali, oppure a passo variabile. Il gruppo ventilatore-motore è installato su culla elastica antivibrante oppurtunatamente dimensionata. La sezione ventilante è completa di luce stagna e oblò per la verifica periodica dell'usura delle cinghie, in accordo con le vigenti normative antinfortunistiche.

Forward-inclined fan with electric explosion-proof motor
Ventilating section with standard electric motor mounted on the outside of the machine carcass, made up of a centrifugal double suction fan, fins forward with screw and impeller in hot-dip Sedzimir-galvanized sheet, C40 carbon steel shafts, waterproof spring-loaded and self-aligned bearings mounted on rubber bushes. Three-phased asynchronous electric motor in a light alloy or cast iron, closed, galvanized, self-ventilated, IEC and UNEL/MEC series with IP55 protection level, isolated ventilating section with standard electric motor, mounted on the outside of the machine Reference standards IEC,CENELEC (EFF1 and EFF2) VDE and DIN, in compliance with CE standards. The drive may be fixed on pulleys, cone-shaped bushes or V-belts, or may be variable-belt. The fan-motor set is mounted on a specially-sized soft anti-vibration cradle. The ventilating section is equipped with waterproof light and a porthole for periodic inspection of the belts' wear level, in compliance with safe working practices in force.
